If you love it, it’s yours.
If not, return it within 72 hours for a refund of the stick price.

How It Works

If You Love It

• Skate, shoot, battle — it’s yours.

• Nothing else required.

If You Want to Return It

You have 72 hours from delivery to start the process:

1. Email us within 72 hours

   • Email: gear@onehockey.com

   • Subject line: Return Request – Order #[your order #]

   • Include:

     • Full name

     • Order number

     • Clear photo of the stick (showing condition)

     • Short reason for return

     • Photo of the packed box with the return label visible

     • Tracking number for your shipment

2. Pack the stick safely

   • Use the original shipping box if possible.

   • Protect the stick to avoid damage in transit.

3. Ship it back (customer pays return shipping)

   • Use a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS).

   • Ship within the 72-hour window.

4. Inspection and refund

   • Stick must be lightly used only (taped/tested is fine, no cracks or breaks).

   • Once inspected and approved, we process a refund of the stick price and applicable taxes (shipping costs are not refundable).

   • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Policy for Returns

• United States Customers → All orders ship free. If you return your stick, there are no shipping fees to refund — you simply cover the return shipping.

• International Customers → You pay the original shipping at checkout. If you return your stick, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and you also cover the return shipping.

Important Notes

• The 72-hour deadline is strict (based on carrier delivery scan).

• Returns missing required email information will not be accepted.

• Broken, cracked, or heavily used sticks are not refundable.

• International returns must be marked “Returned Merchandise – No Commercial Value.”
