Brand new for the 2019-2020 season are the Sherwood Rekker M90 Junior Elbow Pads. Starting right off with the elbow protection, the Rekker M90 Elbow Pads use a PE cap covered by molded-MD foams. This setup provides great protection against direct impacts like blocked shots or slashes. On the interior, your elbows will fit comfortably into a soft cushioned elbow cradle. This is paired with an anti-microbial liner that helps wick moisture away from the body, keeping you cool and dry.
The forearms and biceps of the Rekker M90 Elbow Pads both utilize molded and ventilated foams with anatomically fitting PE inserts. This design further enhances the protection against slashes by better dispersing the force of the impact throughout the pad itself. Additionally, these materials are incredibly lightweight and breathable, ensuring that they do not hinder maximum comfort and performance.
Keeping everything in place is the 3-strap closure system with a flex-fit lock strap. This strapping system will help secure the pads to your arms, decreasing the amount of movement while in use. This will help enhance comfort during stickhandling, passing, and shooting.
